Amorcito Warranty
The Pledge of Perpetual Radiance
Shine assurance: 4 years, two free replatings
This General Warranty is provided by Amorcito to you, our Customer, for physical goods purchased from Amorcito (the "Product").
1. Warranty Period
The Warranty remains in effect for two (4) years from the date of purchase (the "Warranty Period").
2. Coverage and Scope
This Warranty covers any fading, discoloration, or oxidation of the Product that occurs during normal use within the Warranty Period. "Normal use" excludes any damage caused by the Customer through improper care, accident, abuse, or non-compliance with Amorcito care instructions.
3. Remedial Measures
If the Product tarnishes before the end of the Warranty Period, we will replate the Product free of charge, after which the Product’s replating guarantee resets for another two (2) years. The reset applies only once, providing the Product with up to four (4) years of replating warranty from the original purchase date.
4. Exclusions
The Warranty does not cover: (a) Damage caused by neglect, misuse, or abuse of the Product; (b) Lost or stolen items; (c) Products purchased from unauthorized retailers; (d) Damage resulting from alterations, repairs, or resizing carried out by any third party; and (e) Changes in the wearer's skin pH levels or allergic reactions.
5. Claim Process
To claim a service under this Warranty, the Customer must: (a) Provide proof of purchase from Amorcito (e.g., order confirmation, purchase receipt, email, etc.); (b) Return the Product to us, bearing any shipping costs and risks of non-delivery; and (c) Submit detailed reasons for the claim and, if possible, photographic evidence of the issue.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amorcito’s liability under this Warranty will be limited to the replating of the Product. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages related to the Product.
7. Reservation of Rights
Amorcito reserves the right to modify the terms of this Warranty at any time, at its sole discretion, and to refuse service under this Warranty if, upon inspection, the Product demonstrates any of the exclusion conditions set forth above.
8. Governing Law
This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of California, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
By making a purchase from Amorcito, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Warranty and accept its terms.
Amorcito's Extended Warranty for
Solid Gold Collection
In addition to our standard warranty, we extend a special service commitment to customers of our solid gold collection. This extended warranty reflects the premium quality and craftsmanship of our finest pieces.
Amorcito's Solid Gold Fine Jewelry -- 10-Year Warranty
The Solid Gold Warranty remains in effect for ten (10) years from the date of purchase (the "Solid Gold Warranty Period") and applies solely to our solid gold products.
Coverage and Scope
This Solid Gold Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During this period, we will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove to be defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.
This warranty includes coverage for pieces that break or warp under normal conditions. We commit ourselves to restoring the integrity of the affected piece, ensuring it returns to you in pristine condition.
Exclusions
This Solid Gold Warranty does not cover any problem caused by conditions, malfunctions, or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.
Additionally, this warranty does not cover: (a) Products without proof of purchase from Amorcito, (b) Lost or stolen items, (c) Loss of precious stones or gems embedded in the jewelry, (d) Damage resulting from accident, misuse, neglect, abuse, or incidents exceeding the common standards of normal wear, and (e) Products that have been modified or altered by anyone other than an authorized Amorcito representative.
Claim Process
The process for filing a warranty claim for solid gold pieces remains consistent with our standard claim process as outlined in the general warranty section.
Limitation of Liability
For the Solid Gold Warranty, the limitations of liability apply as stipulated in the general warranty guidelines.

Demi-Fine Jewelry Care
Appreciating the delicate nature of gemstones, Amorcito introduces a dedicated service, underscoring our commitment to your complete satisfaction. This Gemstone Secure Service is an integral part of our pledge to you, ensuring your treasured pieces remain as intact and striking as the day you purchased them.
1-Year Gemstone Secure Service
This service is effective for one (1) year from the original date of purchase (the "Gemstone Service Period") and applies exclusively to our plated jewelry collections, herein referred to as "Demi-Fine Jewelry."
Coverage and Scope
The Gemstone Secure Service covers the following specific conditions within the Gemstone Service Period: (a) Replacement of lost stones that have fallen out of their setting, and (b) Repair of loose stones to prevent potential loss.
This service is designed to maintain the aesthetic and structural integrity of your Demi-Fine Jewelry, ensuring each gem remains secure and in place, reflecting the craftsmanship and quality the Amorcito brand represents.
Service Exclusions
The following are expressly excluded from the Gemstone Secure Service: (a) Loss or damage resulting from abuse or abnormal use of the jewelry, (b) Theft, loss, or misplacement of the entire piece of jewelry, (c) Damage caused by failure to adhere to recommended care instructions, and (d) Stones lost while the jewelry is under the custody of a third party or undergoing third-party modifications.
Claim Process
To utilize this service, customers are required to: (a) Present the original proof of purchase from Amorcito (e.g., order confirmation, sales receipt, email, etc.), (b) Submit a detailed description of the issue, accompanied, if possible, by photographs documenting the concern, (c) Securely ship the item back to Amorcito, we will assume normal shipping charges, however, Amorcito is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
Reservation of Rights
Amorcito retains the right to judge the condition of the jewelry and the validity of the claim. If the claim is approved, Amorcito will conduct the necessary repairs or replacements. If the specific gemstone is not available, a suitable replacement of equal quality and value will be used.
