- Amorcito ships orders on Monday through Friday, during normal business hours (excluding US national holidays).
- Orders of $100 or more are shipped for FREE.
- Orders of $300 or more require a signature for delivery.
- Shipping fees will be shown on your payment summary prior to checkout/payment.
- Shipping fees are based on the subtotal before taxes/discounts, and they are non-refundable.
- Standard shipping/delivery in the USA is 4-6 days, provided by USPS.
- Next day shipping/delivery in the USA is provided by UPS Next Day Air Saver.
- Your shipping tracking # will be provided in an update email and it can be found in your online account information.
- If your item is backordered, we will notify you immediately.
- Amorcito ships to addresses in the USA and internationally.
- Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may require additional delivery time.
- Amorcito does not ship to Post Office boxes (P.O. boxes).
- Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be subject to military handling and delivery requirements.
- Orders shipped to international addresses may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees (which vary by country). These are specified at checkout and confirmed in the purchase summary. Amorcito cannot reimburse duties and taxes paid at delivery. For information, please contact your local customs office.
Most orders are eligible for Amorcito’s 14-day return policy – the 14-day countdown begins when the order is delivered as confirmed by the courier. The return policy also applies to requests for exchanges.
Unfortunately, if the return request is made outside of this 14-day window, we won’t be able to honor the return request.
Please review the qualifying criteria for returns:
- Poor, defective, and damaged conditions – please take a photo to submit to Amorcito when the product is delivered (mobile phone photos acceptable).
- Complete sets must be returned – if purchased as a set or special bundle, individual items should not be returned alone.
- Items must be in the original packaging and unused.
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products that become damaged or have missing parts after delivery for reasons not caused by Amorcito.
- Products with return requests greater than 14 days from the courier-confirmed delivery date.
- Incomplete product sets.
- Products that have been used or don’t have the Amorcito original packaging.
- Products not purchased directly from Amorcito – but bought from a Retail Partner (please contact them).
- Gifts now purchased directly from Amorcito – please check with the person who sent the gift to you before contacting Amorcito.
