You do NOT need an account to place an order. The system will link your order to your email address – simply remember which email you use and we’ll be able to answer questions or address concerns regarding your orders.


The benefit of an online account is rapid access to your order information, order status, and more! So, when you have an extra 2 minutes – create a password to secure your online account.

Once your payment is accepted, Amorcito will assign an order number to you. The online message now shows “Order # is confirmed."


Moving forward - you’ll receive the following six (6) update emails:


1.     “Amorcito order # is confirmed” – the email content thanks you for the purchase and shares your order number with you. An estimated delivery date is also included.  

2.     “Thank you for your recent purchase from Amorcito” – the email content thanks you, shows your payment summary, and states your order is being processed. A “welcome to the community” 15% discount code is offered for your next order made within 30 days.

3.     “Amorcito order # was packed and shipped today” – the email content updates the order status and shares a tracking number with you.

4.     “A shipment from Amorcito order # is out for delivery” – the email content shows the delivery date and a link to track your shipment, the tracking number, and the items in the shipment.

5.     “A shipment from Amorcito order # has been delivered” – the email content shows a link to let us know if you didn’t receive the package yet, a link to view your order, the tracking number, and the items in the shipment.

6.     “Your order with Amorcito planted # trees. Track your impact here.” – the email is from Greenspark and the content thanks you for your Amorcito order and describes the partnership with Amorcito.

Thank you for placing an order with Amorcito! Here are a few shipping and delivery reminders:


  • Amorcito ships orders on Monday through Friday, during normal business hours (excluding US national holidays).
  • Orders are typically processed within 2-3 days and shipped within one business day. 
  • Orders of $100 or more or shipped for FREE.
  • Orders of $300 or more require a signature for delivery.
  • Shipping fees will be shown on your payment summary prior to checkout/payment.
  • Shipping fees are based on the subtotal before taxes/discounts, and they are non-refundable.
  • Typical estimated delivery times are within 5 business days of purchase, however, shipping couriers are unable to guarantee estimated delivery dates. 
  • Next-day shipping/delivery is available if the option is shown.
  • Your shipping tracking # will be provided in an update email and it can be found in your online account information.
  • If your item is backordered, we will notify you immediately.
  • Amorcito ships to addresses in the USA and internationally.
  • Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and US Territories may require additional delivery time.
  • Amorcito does not ship to Post Office boxes (P.O. boxes).
  • Orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be subject to military handling and delivery requirements.
  • Orders shipped to international addresses may be subject to additional custom duties and service fees (which vary by country). These are specified at checkout and confirmed in the purchase summary. Amorcito cannot reimburse duties and taxes paid at delivery. For information, please contact your local customs office.

Amorcito offers multiple secure payment options for your convenience. Once your order is
confirmed and payment is accepted, changes cannot be made.


1.     Major Credit/Debit Cards – please confirm limits or restrictions your bank may impose for online shopping before paying for your order. Once you use your card for a Amorcito purchase, the system will show your default billing and payment information on future orders during checkout. Feel free to change payment information as needed.

2.     PayPal – this option requires you to log into your PayPal account.

3.     Amazon Pay – this option requires you to log into your Amazon account.

4.     Google Pay – this option requires you to log into your Google account.

5.     Venmo – this option requires you to log into your Venmo account.

6.     Meta Pay – this option requires you to log into your Meta account.

7.     After Pay or Shop Pay – both options allow you to pay in 4 interest-free installments. Your first payment is taken out at checkout, and automatic payments are taken every 2 weeks (you’ll get email reminders). Fees may apply if your payments fail to process.

Hopefully you’ll agree - we’ve made it super easy to check the status of your order! As described in Placing an Order, you’ll receive multiple status update emails – and you can also see updates online. You’ll need the email used to place the order.


If you created a password for an online account – it’ll only take two clicks! 

  • Go to My Account
  • Log in with your email address + password
  • Select and click on “My Orders”
  • Click on the order you’re checking on
  • Verify the order status [Confirmed - Processing - Packed & Shipped - Out for Delivery – Delivered]


If you need to create a password for an online account – you can do it now!

  • Go to My Account
  • Click “Create Account”
  • Add your name, email address, and create an 8-digit password
  • Once you’re set up, select and click on “My Orders”
  • Click on the order you’re checking on
  • Verify the order status [Confirmed - Processing - Packed & Shipped - Out for Delivery – Delivered]


Please remember if your order was placed on Saturday, Sunday, or a US National Holiday, order processing, packing, and shipping may not be updated until the next business day. If you have any issues or questions, please Contact Us and we’ll respond as soon as we can during normal business hours.  

We’re sad to learn something prompted a return request - we want to make things right! If we sent you (or your gift recipient) an incorrect order or damaged/defective items, please accept our sincere apology.

Most orders are eligible for Amorcito’s 14-day return policy – the 14-day countdown begins when the order is delivered as confirmed by the courier. The return policy also applies to requests for exchanges.


Unfortunately, if the return request is made outside of this 14-day window, we won’t be able to honor the return request.


Please review the qualifying criteria for returns:

  • Poor, defective, and damaged conditions – please take a photo to submit to Amorcito when the product is delivered (mobile phone photos acceptable).
  • Complete sets must be returned – if purchased as a set or special bundle, individual items should not be returned alone.
  • Items must be in the original packaging and unused.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that become damaged or have missing parts after delivery for reasons not caused by Amorcito.
  • Products with return requests greater than 14 days from the courier-confirmed delivery date.
  • Incomplete product sets.
  • Products that have been used or don’t have the Amorcito original packaging.
  • Products not purchased directly from Amorcito – but bought from a Retail Partner (please contact them).
  • Gifts now purchased directly from Amorcito – please check with the person who sent the gift to you before contacting Amorcito.
  • Gift Cards

 

Please follow these steps when requesting a return:

Step 1: Please send the Order # and a Photo of the items received – this way we can see the incorrect products, or the damaged/defective items; send to our email address – sales@amorcito.us

Step 2: Returns are FREE to you; we will create and send a Return Label to you.

Step 3: Print the Return Label and the return instructions we send to you.

Step 4: Ship your returned items to Amorcito by following the return instructions we send to you. Please allow up to 10 business days for our receipt and processing. 

If you’re owed a refund, that means something didn’t go the way it should have – we apologize for every inconvenience!

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an update email. If the return criteria is met, an approved refund will be processed and returned to the original method of payment. 


Though bank processing times vary, please Contact Us if you don’t see refund activity after 14 days. 


Regarding GIFTS, if the item was marked as a gift when purchased from Amorcito and shipped directly to the gift recipient, a gift credit for the value of the return can be sent to the gift recipient. 


1 - The gift recipient must contact the person who sent the gift and verify the jewelry was purchased from Amorcito – and not a retail partner.


2 - Once the returned item is received and inspected, a gift certificate will be sent to the gift recipient. 


Note - if the item was NOT marked as a gift when purchased or it wasn’t delivered directly to the gift recipient, then an eligible refund will be processed and returned to the original method of payment. 

Amorcito stands behind our products’ excellent craftsmanship and quality materials. Our 1-year limited warranty applies to items purchased directly from our online store. Products purchased from a retail partner or a third-party vendor are not covered.


The warranty does not cover:

1. Lost items

2. Scratches, dents, etc., from normal wear and tear

3. Improper storage and care

4. Modifications to the item
